​Drawing upon influences from Indonesian art and the batik making process, that  represent the intertwining of Indonesia’s cultural identity,  and the idea that Colors and designs can be  used as tools to express an individual’s creativity and spiritual beliefs, I combined these ideas into this series not only adopting the use of alternative color schemes as compared to that of nature-made land, I seek to bring to mind the ideas of space and congestion through the juxtaposition  of shapes and patterns.
